I'm not very good at underwater scenes, but I always wanted to try one with Lugia so... there it is.

Those are Wailord in the background by the way.

I've also noticed that in underwater scenes, nobody ever seems to draw Lugia with his back fins, spines, whatever they are, retracted/flattened. In the movie he clearly does that, so I made sure to do that in this pic. X3

Edit: So a few people pointed out that I didn't do his back fins quite right.. so I fixed it.. and yes.. I think it does look better so yay!
